- Photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will review your request
- If approved, return/replacement instructions will be shared

- Replacement or refund will be provided based on the situation
- Process timeline will be communicated during approval
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before confirmation on WhatsApp
6. Shipping Charges
